My daughter and I took a cookery course last week with Maria and her team. We learnt how to make delicious pizza, pasta and profiteroles, also a main course and side dishes.
Then we sat down and ate what we had cooked. We both really enjoyed it and Maria has her own hens and much of the produce is grown at the premises. We had a wander round the grounds which contains a swimming pool, and a look round the rooms. Would be a wonderful place to stay for a few days.
We were staying in Venice so took the train to Rovigo and were collected by Riccardo at the station, Riccardo also emailed us the recipes and we will be trying them out at home. Read more
