Focaccia filled with vegetables
Knead the flour with yeast melted in some lukewarm water. Add a pinch of salt.
Let the dough rise for 2 about hours.
Make two thin layers with rolling pin. Lay the first one on a baking-tin, then lay the pease and the dices of carrots and mushrooms. and finally the second layer. Cook in the oven for 40 minutes.
180 degrees .
