“Cooking Class outside of Venice!”

Picked up at Piazzale Roma for One day cooking class for four of us. Most enjoyable making our own pizza, gnocchi, eggplant lasagna, and tiramisu, then eating our meal with regional wines of our choice.

We were forewarned that our Monday reservation had 19 people; really didn't matter since some stayed very involved, others lost interest after a while. About 8 of us stayed with most of the prep. The director, Riccardo, most gracious. We relaxed as much as we desired in a beautiful setting until Riccardo called for our ride back to Piazzale Roma (ride included in fee).
